Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of related management experience.
• Food safety certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure complete guest satisfaction and handle complaints per service standards.
• Supervise setup and maintenance of dining area, cashier stations, and food stations to meet quality standards.
• Assist in recruiting, supervising, scheduling, disciplining, and directing staff; train hourly staff for peak performance.
• Maintain safe, clean facilities and ensure proper handling of equipment, sanitation, and cash control.
