Job summary

Peregrine Hospitality in California seeks an experienced F&B Supervisor to oversee daily service and operations at our F&B outlets, including the Marketplace at Pacific Point. You will open and close shifts, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and coordinate staff to maximize guest satisfaction and revenue.

Qualifications

Must have excellent communication, follow-up, and organization.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily F&B service and operations at outlets, including the Marketplace at Pacific Point.
Open and close shifts and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
Coordinate staff and service to maximize guest satisfaction and revenue.
Work with department managers to control labor and productivity.
Ensure tables are cleared promptly, checks settled, and food delivered on time.
