Job summary

Geronimo Hospitality Group is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor to lead daily operations within our hospitality venues. You will train staff, oversee service standards, and ensure guest satisfaction to create memorable experiences.

This role emphasizes teamwork, scheduling, and cost control while developing leadership within a dynamic hospitality group. U.S. work authorization is required; candidates must be at least 18. Food Manager Certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• High level of professionalism.
• Knowledge of service and food & beverage with at least 1 year in front-of-house operations and/or assistant management.
• Excellent basic math skills and ability to operate a POS system.

Responsibilities

• Assist with hiring, scheduling, payroll, inventory, and other managerial duties as assigned.
• Oversee weekly ordering and communicate product changes as needed.
• Ensure all policies, procedures, standards, guidelines and training programs are followed.
