Job summary

Gale Hotel Miami seeks a hands-on Food & Beverage Pool Manager to lead poolside dining and beverage service, ensuring guest satisfaction and strong financial results. You will supervise servers, bartenders, and support staff, while coordinating with other departments to maintain cleanliness and safety standards.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in F&B, POS experience, and a proven ability to manage schedules, costs, and guest relations in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Food & Beverage experience.
• Cash handling experience is required.
• Familiarity with restaurant management software (POS).
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings and holidays.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily poolside F&B operations.
• Supervise and train staff; manage schedules.
• Ensure service standards and procedures are followed.
• Lead by example by bartending/serving when needed.
• Monitor inventory, costs, and revenue; improve guest satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of pool areas.
