Job summary

StepStone-Hospitality-Inc seeks an experienced F&B Outlets Manager to lead daily operations of our full-service hotel restaurant, lobby restaurant and bar, room service, and Concierge Lounge. You will hire and develop front-of-house teams, ensure guest satisfaction, monitor inventories, manage budgets, and analyze financial results to maximize profitability while maintaining health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience supervising in food and beverage or hospitality leadership.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, bar service, and customer service best practices.
• Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Must be available for weekends, holidays, and PM shifts.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and scheduling software.
• Certifications in food safety and responsible alcohol service preferred.
• Must have a comprehensive knowledge of English to communicate with guests and staff.
• Ability to follow and enforce StepStone policies.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the restaurant, bar, room service, and club lounge.
• Hire, train, and supervise front-of-house staff.
