Job summary

Congress Hall is seeking an experienced F&B Outlet Manager to lead daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest service and adherence to brand standards. You will partner with senior leadership on budget, forecasting, and cost control while directing the service team to deliver a superior dining experience.

The role requires robust knowledge of hotel F&B operations, staff development, and compliance with HACCP, OSHA and liquor guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must have strong leadership and communication skills.
• Budgeting, forecasting, and cost control experience required.
• Experience in F&B operations and staff supervision preferred.
• Knowledge of food service and safety standards is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage F&B outlet operations, including service and inventories.
• Develop strategic plans with budget, forecasting and P&L accountability.
• Oversee staff performance, scheduling, opening/closing, and training.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, OSHA, and alcohol guidelines.
