PENN Entertainment’s Hollywood Casino at The Meadows is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead daily operations, ensure exceptional guest service, and maintain cost controls within the outlet. You will collaborate with leadership to optimize schedules and inventory while upholding gaming regulations and company standards.

Competenze

• Associate degree (A.A) in related field.
• Minimum two (2) years of supervisory experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; fluent in English.

Mansioni

• Supervise the Food & Beverage Outlet designated to this role and manage daily shift operations.
• Create effective schedules while controlling labor costs and achieving guest satisfaction.
• Assist in the department budgeting process and report budget concerns to management.
