Job summary

Loews Miami Beach Hotel seeks an experienced hospitality professional to support the Director of Food and Beverage in managing hotel outlets on-site. You will help plan, organize, direct and coordinate all outlet activities to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities include staffing, training, scheduling and cost control while maintaining Loews standards. The role requires leadership, strong communication and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in Hospitality or Food Service management.
• Two years of management experience in hotel or quality food service operation.
• Certification as Food Service Manager or ability to obtain.
• Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Food and Beverage in planning, organizing, directing and coordinating outlet activities.
• Ensure staffing, training and scheduling meet business needs and budgets.
• Deliver a quality product that exceeds guest expectations and hotel standards.
• Interact with guests to ensure satisfaction and dining enjoyment.
• Maintain effective communication with other hotel departments.
