Job summary

CoCo Key Hotel & Water Resort Orlando is seeking an energetic and hands-on Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to support the daily operations of our outlets, including restaurants, bars, quick-service locations, and resort amenities.

The role focuses on leading the Food & Beverage team, delivering exceptional guest service, and maintaining high standards while controlling costs in a vibrant resort setting. Strong hospitality skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in Food & Beverage or hospitality management.
• Strong customer service and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily operation and supervision of all F&B outlets.
• Lead and coach F&B team to deliver exceptional guest service.
• Ensure outlets are staffed and prepared for daily business.
• Monitor service standards, food quality, cleanliness and presentation.
• Assist with scheduling, training, and onboarding.
• Ensure compliance with ServSafe and health regulations.
• Assist with inventory, cost control, and procurement.
• Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally.
