You will develop financial and operational plans, manage the annual budget, monitor performance, and implement initiatives to drive revenue while maintaining high standards of product and service. A bachelor’s degree and relevant supervisory experience are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years as a dining room supervisor.
• At least 1 year of host experience and 2 years of server experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, or a related field required.

Responsibilities

• Develop short- and long-term financial and operational plans for the restaurant that align with company objectives.
• Prepare, manage, and monitor the annual budget.
• Evaluate restaurant performance through customer satisfaction systems and financial reporting, taking corrective action as needed.
• Maintain high product and service quality standards through regular evaluations and issue resolution.
• Implement and sustain sales and marketing programs to drive revenue growth.
• Establish and maintain proactive HR practices, including employee motivation, training, development, and compliance with wage, benefit, and labor regulations.
