HM Alpha Hotels & Resorts is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Outlet Manager to lead the Grand Hyatt Nashville restaurant operations, balancing cost control, quality standards, and guest satisfaction. You will drive financial performance and service culture with a focus on sustainable profitability.

The role requires strong leadership, budget management, and strategic program development to enhance revenue and guest experiences while ensuring compliance with wage and labor regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years as a dining room supervisor.
• At least 1 year of host experience and 2 years of server experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Develop short- and long-term financial and operational plans for the restaurant that align with company objectives.
• Prepare, manage, and monitor the annual budget.
• Evaluate restaurant performance through customer satisfaction systems and financial reporting, taking corrective action as needed.
• Maintain high product and service quality standards through regular evaluations and issue resolution.
• Implement and sustain sales and marketing programs to drive revenue growth.
• Establish and maintain proactive HR practices, including employee motivation, training, development, and compliance with wage, benefit, and labor regulations.
• Oversee preventative maintenance programs to safeguard physical assets.
• Maintain security practices to protect restaurant assets and ensure safety of employees and guests.
• Foster effective two-way communication across all levels of staff.
• Develop and implement new initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
• Other duties as assigned.
