Highgate Hotels is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to oversee the daily operation of the outlet, supervise staff, and ensure high quality products and services. You will manage guest interactions, coordinate with other managers, and monitor performance against budgets while maintaining compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Loss Prevention in the outlet and prepare reports.
• Ensure compliance with liquor laws, health and sanitation regulations, and SOPs.
• Assist in menu planning and training of staff.
• Conduct staff performance reviews and participate in hotel training.
• Interview candidates for front-of-house positions and manage tip reporting.
