Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 6 years' F&B/related experience.
• Alternatively, a 2-year degree with 4 years' F&B/related experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads and initiates F&B outlet operations including marketing, promotions, service and inventories.
• Assists menu and recipe development and food preparation for the outlet.
• Develops beverage programs within national agreements.
• Maintains policies and procedures within the outlet.
• Manages budgeting, forecasting, P&L, cost control and inventories.
• Conducts inventory for food, beverage and supplies.
• Ensures proper maintenance and operation of service equipment.
• Drives guest service initiatives and trend awareness.
• Oversees staff performance and service standards.
• Ensures HACCP/OSHA compliance and alcohol guidelines.
• Interviews, hires and trains employees; conducts appraisals.
• Monitors attendance and supports supervisor development.
