Job summary

Marriott Madison South seeks an experienced Food & Beverage leader to supervise front-of-house operations across dinner, room service, bar, and banquets. You will assist in developing menus and pricing under the direction of the F&B Director or General Manager, while maintaining high service standards and cost controls.

You will also support the Executive Chef in supervising production staff, managing labor costs, and ensuring compliance with health and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of food and beverage costs, controls, sanitation, and service operations.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing, on the phone, and in person.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays; acts as MOD when needed.
• Well organized, proactive, and able to take initiative.
• Outgoing, honest, and collaborates well with others.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all front of the house areas within the food and beverage department.
• Assist in development of menus and prices for all food and beverage items as directed by F&B Director or GM.
• Supervise service in dinner, room service, bar, and banquets.
• Assist Executive Chef in supervision of production staff as directed.
• Ensure guests are satisfied with F&B service and product.
