Qualifications

• Experience in Food & Beverage operations, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong communication with guests and team members.
• Ability to lead, train, and schedule staff and manage front- and back-of-house operations.
• Comfort with high-pressure environments and problem-solving on the floor.
