Job summary

Lake Compounce is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to oversee all F&B operations, including outlets and catering, ensuring top-tier guest experiences and strict adherence to safety standards. The role requires leadership of a large team, budget control, and active collaboration with health authorities.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in catering or restaurant settings with 3+ years of supervisory experience, English fluency, and a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or related discipline preferred; equivalent work experience will also be considered.
• 3–5 years of catering, food service, or restaurant experience.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience in food service or related setting.
• Food Handler Safety Certification (ServSafe or similar) or willingness to obtain within 90 days.
• Ability to read, write, and speak fluent English; bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of F&B operations for outlets and catering.
• Lead, mentor, and coach F&B hosts and staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Control budgets and maximize revenue while managing costs.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards.
• Schedule staff, supervise performance, and handle disciplinary actions as needed.
• Collaborate with health departments to maintain compliance with health codes.
