Lake Compounce is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to lead all F&B operations across venues, ensuring guest satisfaction and compliance with safety standards. The role requires open schedule during peak season, including evenings and weekends, and a focus on cost control and service excellence.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years in catering/food service, 3+ years supervisory experience, ServSafe or similar certification, and strong skills in budgeting, Excel, and POS systems.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s preferred.
• 3–5 years in catering, food service, or restaurant role.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience.
• Food handler safety certification (ServSafe or similar) or within 90 days.
• Strong Excel/Word/PowerPoint and POS proficiency.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Manage all aspects of F&B operations and departments.
• Lead by example and mentor assigned hosts and team.
• Oversee budgets, revenues, and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate catering and special events programs.
• Schedule, hire, train, and discipline staff.
• Maintain clean, safe, and compliant F&B facilities.
• Interact with guests to provide an engaging experience.
• Prepare reports and analyze productivity and costs.
• Provide backfill for F&B roles when needed.
