Lake Compounce in Connecticut is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to lead all F&B operations across outlets and catering activities. The role requires open schedule availability during peak season including evenings, weekends and holidays, with a focus on guest satisfaction and team leadership.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years in catering/food service, 3+ years supervisory experience, and a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or related field.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or related discipline preferred; Equivalent work experience will also be considered.
• 3-5 years of previous work experience in a catering, food service, or restaurant role.
• 3+ years of previous supervisory experience.
• Previous amusement park, theme park, or waterpark experience highly desired.
• Must become Food Handler Safety Certified (ServSafe or similar) or within 90 days if required by state/local guidelines.
• Fluent English; Spanish or other bilingual language skills are a plus.

• Mentor and coach assigned hosts and staff.
• Oversee budgets, cost control, and revenue opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Oversee kitchen and stand management, inventory, purchasing, and pricing.
• Develop programs to increase sales and profits and support catering events.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and exceptional customer service.
