Job summary

Five Star Parks & Attractions is seeking a dynamic Food & Beverage Operations Manager to oversee the culinary department for large-scale events, our restaurant, and snack zone. You will lead a team of event staff, including servers and kitchen personnel, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional service for our venues and events.

This role requires strong communication, time management, and a safety‑minded approach.

Qualifications

• One year of management or supervisory experience.
• Experience in managing large events, particularly in food and beverage, such as wedding receptions.
• Experience in Restaurant/Food & Beverage Management, with a preference for large events.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to work up to 45 hours per week, including every weekend.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a diverse team of 15-25+ employees, ensuring efficient daily operations.
• Maintain attendance records daily.
• Maintain inventory and order food and supplies.
• Cover a Manager on Duty shift and open the store once a week.
• Proficiently maintain day-to-day notes on staff performance.
• Keep employees informed on culture, standards, and updates such as sales specials or new job opportunities.
• Communicate daily with team members, fostering a strong teamwork ethic and attitude.
• Maintain a safety-focused attitude at all times.
• Be available for special projects or holidays.
