Job summary

Prismhr Hire is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to assist the General Manager in all F&B operations and guest services. The role requires hands-on leadership, English fluency, and knowledge of Spanish or Portuguese, with 2+ years in hotels or restaurants.

Ideal candidate has experience with OnQ PMS and/or Oracle/Simphony POS and will manage by walking around, ensuring high standards for service, safety, and profitability. Hybrid work setting preferred.

Qualifications

• Fluent English required.
• Knowledge of Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
• At least 2 years in similar F&B roles in hotels or restaurants.
• Food Safety Certification is required.
• OnQ PMS experience and/or Oracle/SimphonyPOS experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist General Manager with Daily F&B Operations including Breakfast, Bar and Banquets.
• Be trained to assist at front desk during off-peak hours or when needed.
• Fill in for any F&B position or shift as needed.
• Support other departments during peak hours or as required.
• Hire, train, supervise, and schedule all F&B staff.
• Develop staff for future promotions within F&B.
• Plan and coordinate work among F&B personnel to maintain quality.
