Job summary

Prismhr Hire is seeking a seasoned Food & Beverage Manager to oversee F&B operations within budget and uphold the highest standards. You will lead the F&B team, attract and train staff, and maintain exceptional service while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

The role involves menu design, purchasing, and continuous improvements, with a focus on achieving sales targets and productivity. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Culinary or equivalent or 6–8 years related experience.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.

Responsibilities

• Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards.
• Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service.
• Design exceptional menus, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements.
• Identify customers’ needs and respond proactively to all their concerns.
• Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training, and appraising talented personnel.
• Establish targets, KPI’s, schedules, policies, and procedures.
• Provide two-way communication and nurture an ownership environment with motivation and teamwork.
• Comply with all health and safety regulations.
• Report on management regarding sales results and productivity.
