Delano Miami Beach is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, supervise staff, and drive revenue with effective sales strategies. You will ensure top-tier guest satisfaction, maintain service standards, and coordinate with kitchens and other departments for seamless guest experiences.

Required leadership experience in upscale settings, strong F&B knowledge, and proficiency with reservation systems.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in upscale restaurant or luxury hotel operations.
• Strong knowledge of F&B service standards, guest relations, dining room operations, and team management.
• Proven ability to lead high-performing service teams with focus on guest satisfaction and efficiency.
• Experience with restaurant reservation and POS systems; OpenTable or MICROS preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to stand/walk for long shifts; evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be proactive, decisive and able to manage high-pressure situations.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Schedule staff, manage reservations, and coordinate with Front Office for table assignments.
• Monitor budgets, control costs, and analyze financial reports to meet targets.
• Coordinate menu updates with culinary leadership and maintain service standards.
• Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing restaurant team.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations.
• Provide coaching and development plans; conduct performance reviews.
• Support senior management in strategic marketing and revenue initiatives.
