Job summary

Goodwin Recruiting is seeking an Assistant Director of Food and Beverage in Dallas, TX to lead multiple outlets and room service operations. You will drive guest excellence through hands-on leadership, staff development, and close collaboration with culinary and operations teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of F&B management experience in an upscale hotel with 500+ rooms
• Experience with multiple outlets in a hotel/resort
• Experience with restaurants, private events, and banquets
• Strong knowledge of wine
• Proficiency with MICROS and Microsoft Office
• Experience reviewing outlet P&Ls, managing inventories, and maintaining financial controls
• Proven ability to train, coach, and develop outlet leaders and service teams
• Ability to make sound, timely decisions in high-pressure situations
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
