Hyatt Regency Dallas is seeking an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to lead daily outlet operations across our restaurant and bar outlets, collaborating with hotel leadership to achieve service, financial, and guest-experience goals.

You will oversee scheduling, forecasting, labor management, and cost controls while coaching colleagues and developing high-performing teams. A visible leader who inspires guests and teammates is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of Food & Beverage leadership experience.
• Experience leading high-volume restaurant, hotel, or upscale hospitality operations.
• Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with scheduling, labor management, forecasting, and cost control.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service.
• Wine, spirits, and beverage knowledge preferred.
• Ability to analyze operational and financial reports.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Team player with a passion for developing others and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Leading daily outlet operations, scheduling, forecasting, labor management, training and developing colleagues.
• Ensuring compliance with Hyatt standards and all regulations, and supporting special events.
• Analyzing financial performance, monitoring costs, maintaining brand standards, and fostering teamwork and continuous improvement.
