Job summary

Yaamava' Resort & Casino in Southern California is seeking a Senior Manager of Food & Beverage to lead restaurant, bar, and catering operations with strategic direction from the Director of Food & Beverage.

The role focuses on developing leadership, budgeting, labor management, menu development, and guest experience while safeguarding assets and maintaining top-tier F&B integrity.

You will mentor staff, drive revenue growth, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Master's Degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Minimum three (3) years of Food & Beverage experience in the casino, restaurant, bar, and/or hotel industry.
• Minimum five (5) years of progressive supervisory and managerial experience, including directing, leading, and coaching others to exceed organizational standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations for restaurant, bar, and venues, ensuring Yaamava' Resort & Casino brand standards.
• Develop training programs and succession plans to mentor team members for leadership roles.
• Manage the fiscal budget, KPI reporting, labor, COGs, and net income to support profitability.
• Ensure health and safety measures and food quality assurance standards are met.
• Drive staff development and implement new trends and promotions to enhance guest experience.
