Job summary

Yaamava Resort & Casino seeks a Manager, Food & Beverage to oversee all bars and restaurants, driving profitability and leading high-performing FOH teams across the venues. You will manage budgets, inventory, scheduling, and compliance while upholding Yaamava’s brand standards and delivering exceptional guest service.

The role requires strong leadership, hospitality experience, and a proven ability to motivate staff in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Food Service, Business or related field.
Minimum of three (3) years of restaurant or related hospitality experience.
Minimum of three (3) years of supervisory experience; bar experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee Front of House teams across venues and train to Yaamava brand standards.
Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve complaints to maintain service quality.
Manage budgeted revenue, costs, headcount and profit, with action plans to meet fiscal targets.
Collaborate with venue Chef on food cost and menu presentation in line with brand standards.
Maintain inventory controls for china, glassware, and equipment; minimize waste.
Ensure cleanliness and sanitation; manage equipment maintenance and repairs.
