Sonesta International Hotels is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Food and Beverage to lead multiple outlets and banquet operations at our Baltimore-area property. You will direct staff, manage costs, ensure health and safety standards, and coordinate with Sales, Catering, Rooms, Housekeeping and Maintenance to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, culinary arts, or related field preferred.
• Some college or advanced training in food and beverage operations plus 2 years related supervisory experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead activities of assigned outlets staff; ensure coverage and communicate goals.
• Monitor sales, costs, and department profitability; contribute to annual budget.
• Ensure safety, health, and brand standards; maintain proper storage and security of assets.
• Develop and implement local F&B marketing programs; assist with menu concepts.
• Promote teamwork with Sales, Catering, Rooms, Housekeeping, Maintenance and Guest Services.
