Qualifications

• 2+ years of F&B supervisory experience required.
• Strong knowledge of spirits, beer and wine, plus responsible alcohol service.
• TIPS/TAM certification or trainer experience a plus.
• Must hold a food server permit.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of all F&B outlets, including banquet and room service.
• Manage guest interactions, address complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintain inventory, place orders, and complete monthly counts.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Train staff on service standards, brand requirements, and safety policies.
• Schedule staff, control labor costs, and ensure budget targets are met.
• Engage with guests during peak times to ensure satisfaction.
• Recruit, interview, and onboard F&B team members, and conduct evaluations.
