Responsibilities

• Monitor guest satisfaction scores and meet/exceed goals.
• Oversee front-and-back of house flow to maintain smooth service.
• Attend staff meetings and coordinate with departments.
• Control payroll, scheduling and inventory levels.
• Maintain brand standards and high levels of service.
