Job summary

PEG Companies, Inc. seeks a Food and Beverage Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant and banquets operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while maintaining efficiency on the floor.

You will supervise servers, bussers, bartenders, and other F&B staff; train and mentor team members on service standards; assist with scheduling; monitor performance; handle guest requests and payments, and enforce food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of F&B experience, preferably in a supervisory position.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support servers, bussers, bartenders, and other F&B staff during shifts.
• Train, mentor, and coach employees on service standards, product knowledge, and guest engagement.
• Assist in scheduling and shift coverage to ensure adequate staffing levels.
• Monitor employee performance and provide real-time feedback to maintain consistency and quality.
• Greet and interact with guests to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues quickly and professionally.
• Monitor dining areas to ensure prompt, courteous, and efficient service.
• Handle guest complaints and special requests in a professional manner.
• Support staff by assisting with serving, hosting, or bussing duties during peak times.
• Oversee setup, cleanliness, and organization of dining areas, barista stations, and service stations.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health standards.
• Assist with inventory control, ordering, and restocking of supplies.
• Support the coordination of special events, banquets, and group dining.
• Process and verify guest transactions, including cash, credit, and room charges.
• Assist with balancing server checkouts, reconciling POS reports, and securing daily deposits.
• Maintain professionalism with coworkers and guests.
• Other duties may be assigned by management
