This role requires strong budgeting, inventory control, and staff development. You will collaborate with culinary, sales, and other departments, maintain brand integrity, and lead a high-energy team in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field.
• 3-5 years in F&B management within hospitality/hotel environments.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and control costs.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct F&B outlet operations (Restaurant, Bar, In-Room Dining).
• Develop budgets, marketing plans and objectives for F&B.
• Monitor inventories and submit reports to accounting.
• Lead, train and coach F&B staff to deliver guest excellence.
• Collaborate with culinary team on menus and promotions.
• Ensure quality, standards, and brand requirements are met.
• Oversee payroll, time & attendance and scheduling.
• Engage vendors and suppliers to ensure timely supplies.
