Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant/bar management experience, preferably within a hotel or resort environment.
• Strong knowledge of banquet and catering operations.
• Proven skills in inventory control, purchasing, and financial reporting.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on delivering exceptional guest experiences, building strong teams, and ensuring smooth, profitable operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of daily F&B operations, including active presence on the service floor and direct involvement in private event execution.
• Manage and support outlet and banquet staff—recruiting, scheduling, training, evaluating, and maintaining high performance standards.
• Monitor inventory, control costs, and analyze P&L reports to identify and implement improvements.
• Partner with sales and marketing to develop promotions, packages, and creative programming that drive in-house guest engagement and capture a greater share of the local market.
• Ensure service excellence in line with brand standards, stepping in to perform any operational role as needed.
• Maintain compliance with all safety, sanitation, and operational guidelines.
