Responsibilities

• Manage outlet operations, including guest service standards, product quality, costs, and profitability.
• Monitor staff performance and provide development and feedback.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol standards.
• Develop weekly staff schedules based on occupancy forecasts and labor cost controls.
• Assist with budgeting and inventory management.
