Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or certificate; post high school education and degree preferred.
• Outgoing personality and strong interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to lead and train staff, oversee FOH operations, and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Knowledge of hotel F&B operations and room service is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front-of-house operations for the restaurant/hotel.
• Provide training, direction, supervision and hands-on support.
• Direct associates and supervisors to achieve F&B goals.
• Ensure proper preparation of food/beverages meeting safety and hygiene standards.
• Hire and train service staff; manage communications and conflict resolution.
• Process bi-weekly payroll and support business objectives.
