Job summary

Gastronomica Miami is seeking a Food and Beverage Operations Manager to lead daily F&B operations in Miami, FL. You will ensure service standards, monitor quality, and supervise staff performance, while coordinating with kitchen and FOH teams for smooth workflows.

The role requires budgeting expertise, inventory control, and adherence to health and safety regulations. You will also analyze sales/guest feedback and support events, building strong guest relationships within the Cuban culinary

Qualifications

• Strong customer-focused skills, with ability to handle guest feedback and resolve issues.
• Experience in Operations Management: staffing, scheduling, inventory control, and health and safety standards.
• Hands-on experience in Food Service with understanding of FOH/BH workflows.
• Knowledge of F&B operations, menu execution, and quality control.
• Proven leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills; proficient with POS and basic office software.
• Bilingual English and Spanish is highly beneficial.
• Restaurant or hospitality management experience, preferably Cuban/cultural environment.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
