Job summary

Renaissance Hotels Fort Worth seeks a Food and Beverage Manager to supervise daily F&B shift operations, ensuring quality, standards and guest satisfaction. The role involves maintaining budgets, following policies, and guiding a skilled team in a fast-paced hotel outlet.

You will develop goals, monitor productivity, and ensure compliance with brand standards while mentoring staff to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 4 years experience in F&B or related area.
• 2-year degree in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 2 years F&B experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily F&B shift operation and monitors compliance with F&B policies, standards and procedures.
• Assists in the ordering of F&B supplies, cleaning supplies and uniforms.
• Maintains the operating budget and ensures standards and legal obligations are followed.
• Develops goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish work.
• Manages day-to-day operations to meet guest service, operational needs and financial objectives.
• Communicates areas needing attention to staff and follows up to verify understanding.
• Coordinates cleaning programs in F&B areas and fosters teamwork and customer service.
• Stays available to staff and supports a positive, brand-aligned service culture.
