Job summary

Renaissance Orlando Resort and Spa is seeking an experienced Director of Food and Beverage to lead our culinary operations and oversee multiple outlets. You will shape guest experiences with innovative menus and high service standards.

In this role you will create and monitor budgets, interpret financial data, and mentor a diverse team to deliver exceptional hospitality in a fast-paced resort environment near Disney attractions. Marriott F&B experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in food and beverage management within hotels preferred.
• Marriott F&B experience preferred.
• Ability to interpret financial and operational data into an actionable plan.

Responsibilities

• Lead our diverse food and beverage outlets and develop new menus.
• Create unique guest experiences and ensure exceptional service standards.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting and financial targets.
• Coach and develop a high-performing F&B team to deliver outstanding hospitality.
• Collaborate with operations to optimize profitability and guest satisfaction.
