Highgate Hotels' Renaissance Las Vegas seeks a Food & Beverage Manager to coordinate and direct all aspects of the F&B outlet’s operations, ensuring profitability, high quality products, and service levels. The role involves marketing ideas to promote business, reducing turnover, and meeting budgets.

The manager will supervise staff, ensure compliance with liquor laws and health regulations, participate in trainings, and maintain guest satisfaction through strong leadership and SOP adherence.

Qualifications

• Clear verbal and written communication with all staff and guests.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Maintain professional appearance and adhere to standards.
• Attend required meetings and trainings; participate in MOD coverage.
• Maintain regular attendance as required by hotel standards.
• Maintain confidentiality and solve problems effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of the outlet.
• Supervise outlet staff.
• Respond to guest complaints promptly.
• Coordinate with other F&B managers and keep them informed of issues.
• Keep supervisor fully informed of problems requiring attention.
• Assist in coordinating and monitoring all phases of Loss Prevention in the outlet.
• Prepare and submit required reports in a timely manner.
• Ensure reports including wage, payroll, revenue, and schedules.
