Job summary

Omni Fort Worth Hotel in downtown Fort Worth seeks a Hospitality supervisor to coordinate dining room operations, supervise associates, and ensure guest satisfaction.

The role includes environmental checklists, peak-hour supervision, payroll, cost control, training, interviewing new staff, and adherence to liquor laws. A hospitality background is preferred and a flexible schedule is required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year Food & Beverage/Restaurant experience.
• Previous hospitality/hotel experience strongly preferred.
• Strong bar knowledge required.
• Must be a team player.
• Must have a great attitude along with excellent guest service skills.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the assigned shift and assist in overall management.
• Complete environmental checklist for dining room and supervise related assignments.
• Stay on the floor during peak hours, supervising performance of associates.
• Monitor guest experience and ensure service standards.
• Examine food and beverage preparation and provide corrective training when needed.
• Supervise bar controls and liquor handling per policy.
• Oversee cost control efforts to support financial success.
• Participate in scheduling within budget guidelines.
• Forecast weekly and monthly labor needs.
• Complete weekly payroll and audit processes.
• Monitor labor and payroll costs.
• Oversee daily supplies orders.
• Maintain dining room cleanliness, sanitation, and appearance.
• Prepare maintenance requests and follow up.
• Hold pre-meal meetings with associates and ensure training steps are followed.
