Job summary

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions in Round Rock, TX is looking for a Food & Beverage Operations Manager who will oversee daily restaurant and outlet operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, consistent service, and adherence to standards. This role reports to the Food and Beverage Director and supports multiple outlets within the resort.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in full-service dining, supervise front-of-house and kitchen teams, and drive cost controls while delivering exceptional guest

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in full-service restaurants, bars, banquets, and kitchen management.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Knowledge of food and beverage operations, inventory, and cost control.

Responsibilities

• With the assistance of outlet Managers, ensure guests feel welcome with responsive, friendly service.
• Understand policies, procedures, standards, and training programs for all outlets within the Resort.
• Oversee outlet supervisors and assistant managers on duty during shifts.
• Ensure food and beverage products are prepared and served to standard across outlets.
