Qualifications

• Five years' extensive managerial and supervisory experience in restaurant, bar, banquet, and kitchen management within a large hotel, resort, or multi-unit environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop department supervisors and associates through coaching and training.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cost controls.
• Ensure health, safety, and sanitation standards across all outlets.
• Collaborate with culinary and banquet teams to enhance menus and events.
• Monitor guest feedback and drive improvements to increase satisfaction.
