Qualifications

• Five+ years of sales experience in a hotel or resort with extensive meeting space.
• Proven success in prospecting, developing, and closing group business.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
• Extensive knowledge of the greater Austin market or similar market is preferred.
