Job summary

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions in Round Rock, TX is seeking a Food & Beverage Operations Manager to oversee daily restaurant and outlet operations when the manager is away, ensuring guest satisfaction, food quality, and cost control. You will lead outlet supervisors, mentor teams, and collaborate with the Food & Beverage Director to drive service excellence across full-service and fast-casual settings.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in full-service restaurants, bars, banquets, and kitchen management.
High School Diploma or GED required.
3 years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

With the assistance of outlet Managers, ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly, and courteous service at all times.
Understand completely all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, and training programs for all food and beverage outlets within the Resort.
Oversee all outlet supervisors and assistant managers on duty during the same shifts.
Ensure that all food and beverage products are consistently prepared and served according to the restaurant’s recipes, portioning, cooking, and serving standards.
