Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a food and beverage supervisory or management role.
• Must be fluent in English speaking, reading, and writing.
• Experience in luxury hotel or fine dining preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead the dining floor each shift.
• Lead daily pre-shift meetings.
• Monitor service standards and overall visual details.
• Assist in event execution and banquet management.
