Qualifikationen

• Previous experience in a luxury hotel, resort, or private club setting.
• Fine dining background with working knowledge of wine and spirits.
• Demonstrated success in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to adapt to new technologies.

Aufgaben

• Oversee and lead the dining floor each shift, setting hospitality tone and service flow.
• Lead daily pre-shift meetings to review reservations, member preferences, 86s, specials, and section assignments.
• Monitor and uphold service standards, menu presentation, table settings, signage, uniforms, and visual details.
• Verify opening/closing checklists, weekly cleaning, and overall readiness of service areas.
• Identify gaps to improve standards and efficiency; help implement updated processes and systems.
• Lead resets, deep cleans, and daily duties to standard and thoroughly.
