Job summary

sbe HQ Hotels is seeking an experienced F&B Manager to supervise and direct all property food and beverage operations, ensuring a profitable department with consistently high quality. You will market ideas, reduce turnover, and manage revenue and payroll budgets while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Lead F&B teams, forecast budgets, monitor performance, and coordinate with leadership to stay ahead of industry trends.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of progressive experience in hospitality field.
• Preferred 4-year college degree and at least 2 years of related experience; or a 2-year college degree and 4 or more years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all F&B personnel.
• Respond to guest complaints in a timely manner.
• Prepare and monitor the F&B budget and department performance.
• Forecast and plan to meet budgeted productivity while maintaining quality.
• Coordinate with leadership team on F&B issues and losses prevention.
• Ensure compliance with local liquor laws and health regulations.
