Job summary

HEI Hotels & Resorts in Greenwich, CT is seeking an experienced Outlets Manager to oversee day-to-day restaurant and room service operations, and direct bar operations. The role requires leadership to ensure guest satisfaction across breakfast, lunch and dinner periods.

You will hire, train and develop staff, monitor budgets, and ensure compliance with SOPs, safety regulations and hospitality standards. Flexibility with shifts, including weekends and holidays, is essential to deliver top-tier

Qualifications

• More than two years of post-high school education.
• Two years of full employment in a related position.
• Hotel experience preferred.
• Knowledge of restaurant/hotel practices and procedures.
• Supervision/management communication skills required.
• Knowledge of hotel operations, marketing plans, security and safety programs, personnel and labor relations, budget forecasting, quality assurance, hospitality law.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day restaurant, room service and bar operations.
• Hire, train, develop, evaluate staff and manage performance.
• Implement company programs and ensure SOP/safety compliance.
• Forecast and manage outlet budgets to optimize revenue and control costs.
• Respond to guest trends and issues to enhance experience.
• Ensure maintenance and sanitation of outlets and equipment.
