Job summary

Grand Hyatt Washington is seeking an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our restaurants, in-room dining, and Grand Club lounge. You will lead a busy team, manage scheduling and forecasting, and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and Hyatt procedures.

The role requires 2+ years of F&B management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a hands-on approach to guest service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be proficient in general computer knowledge, including a working knowledge of POS systems.
• Wine/beverage knowledge in an upscale environment preferred.
• Minimum of 2+ years of Food & Beverage Management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation of restaurants, in-room dining, and Grand Club lounge.
• Lead scheduling, forecasting, training, and ensure compliance with laws and procedures.
