Qualifications

• 3+ years as a supervisor/manager in a luxury hotel food & beverage operation OR upscale/fine dining establishment.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, late nights, weekends and holidays.
• Proficient with MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, MICROS, Opera.
• Superior organizational skills and strong multi-tasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations within the All day and Fine Dining Restaurants and In-Room Dining.
• Lead restaurant staff and coordinate with F&B team to meet guest expectations.
• Assist with monthly/weekly forecasting and payroll monitoring.
