Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and direct daily operations; forecast sales, labor, and profit; ensure budget compliance.
• Recruit, supervise, train, schedule, and direct the unit's management and staff.
• Maintain accounting records, daily reporting requirements, and cash control; manage P&L.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints.
• Maintain safe facility environment and staff hygiene; report safety issues.
• Represent the company professionally to clients, guests, and vendors.
